Privacy Policy

Btravel is designed to help you organize business travel while keeping your information under your control. Btravel does not sell personal data, display advertising, or track you across apps or websites.

Who is responsible

Btravel is developed and provided by Marc Nahum, Switzerland. For privacy questions, contact btravel@e-nahum.net.

Information you provide

Btravel processes information that you enter, such as trip dates, destinations, transportation details, hotel and office addresses, notes, and other itinerary information. This information is used to provide the app’s features.

Storage and iCloud synchronization

Your trip information is stored on your devices and may synchronize between your Apple devices through Apple iCloud when enabled. Apple operates iCloud under its own privacy policy and terms. The developer does not operate a separate server that stores your trip database.

Location and weather

Btravel may use destination or address information you enter to provide mapping and weather features. Weather information is provided using Apple WeatherKit. Btravel does not use location information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Third-party services

Btravel may connect to Apple services, supported maps providers, Wikimedia, and Pexels to provide weather, navigation, and destination imagery. When your device connects to these services, those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and the requested destination or resource. Their own privacy policies apply.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Btravel does not include advertising and does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites. Btravel does not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Your information remains on your devices and, when enabled, in your iCloud account until you delete it. You can delete trips and associated information from within Btravel. iCloud copies are managed through your Apple account and devices.

Children

Btravel is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated service.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Btravel’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material changes are made.
